Our Texas legacy runs deep. Our founder's fifth-great grandfather and fourth-great uncle were recruited as part of the Immortal 32, a relief force of thirty-two Texian Militia from the Gonzales Ranging Company who reinforced the Texians under siege in the Battle of the Alamo, where they fought and died for Texas independance—one of them being the owner of the cart used to pull the Come And Take It Cannon. With other relatives like John Wayne and Troy Aikman, one might just consider him to be part of Texas royalty.
